Afends headed to the heart of the collab to celebrate the launch of our exclusive capsule with Broccoli magazine.
The event took place at Franchise Gallery in LA, a multifaceted design agency/record label with a mutual love for all things creative located in the heart of bustling Chinatown, which added to the atmosphere of our already trippy collection. The setup for the night was intentionally minimal to highlight Byron Spencer's video work, with two projectors showcasing glitchy imagery on opposing walls. Heavy music filled the space with podiums in the middle of the room for people to sit and enjoy it, or browse the collection and magazines. Outside, the party buzzed underneath Chinese lanterns in an alley and surrounded by colourful buildings occupied by other galleries and up-and-coming brands. All in all, the event was successfully dedicated to creativity.
We were lucky enough has Pax as the main sponsors of the event.
