We are currently experiencing delivery delays for UK & EU orders due to Covid. Please allow an average of 15 working days for deliveries. 

Governments across the United Kingdom and Europe including France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Belgium, and Greece have advised that due to the increasing infections of COVID-19, they have increased restrictions in an attempt to slow the spread of the virus. As a result, there may be some delivery delays to these destinations, and the delivery time may be shorter or longer than estimated. The delivery delays are because of the impacts of COVID-19, including due to airline capacity, high volumes, and in-country delivery impacts.

When do I have to order by to receive my product in time for Christmas?

Our Christmas cut off date for deliveries is the 6th of December. We recommend ordering before this date if you wish to receive your product by the 25th of December. Please note that this is not a guarantee due to the unexpected delivery delays we are experiencing as a result of COVID-19.

Do you extend your free returns during the Christmas period?

If you purchased items eligible for return between the 15th of November 2020 and the 15th of December 2020 you can return your item(s) up until the 30th of January 2020. Items purchased between 16th of December 2020 and the rest of the year will be subject to our standard 30 day returns policy. If you have multiple orders to return, please complete and pack each return separately. Consolidating your orders might cause delays in processing your return. For all other returns please refer to our standard 30 day returns policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal, Klarna and Google Pay. All orders are charged in EUR upon checkout.

Can discount codes be used on sale products or during promotional periods?

Discount codes are not valid on already reduced items and during sale periods.

What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

If you are located within Europe, we recommend using our European site.

If you are located within Australia, NZ or Asia, we recommend using our Australian site.

Please allow up to 1 week to dispatch during sale periods, especially during our Boxing Day & EOFY sale period and when there are multiple public holidays.

How do I track my package?

You will receive a shipping confirmation from us when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, and a second email with your Tracking Number once the package has been processed with the Courier Company.
If you have received notification from the courier company that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first calling them directly to investigate further.

Do I have to pay duty charges or import tax on international orders?

Payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Afends cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.

Can I return an item?

Have you received my return?

Although our orders go out quickly, it can take up to 14 days for returns to arrive at our warehouse depending on the service you use. 
Once we have received your return, we will process it within two business days. You will be notified via email when your return has been received and your store credit or refund has been issued.

Can I return an item I purchased through one of your retailers to you directly?

If you wish to return an Afends item that you purchased through one of our retailers, please contact them directly.
We do not accept returns on items that were not purchased through our online or concept stores.

Do you restock items that have sold out?

While our core range of premium classics are restocked each season, Afends is constantly evolving. We are always looking for new ways to improve sustainability and quality, therefore no two seasons are the same.

However, signing up to our restock notification helps us know what particular styles you are loving. Select the size of the sold-out size of the product you are after, enter your email and you will be the first to know if and when it comes back into stock.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed and produced in Byron Bay, Australia and manufactured by our mates in China.
We visit our factories four times PLUS a year to make sure the working environment is suitable and safe for all the factory workers and that the quality is to standards.
