New Swim with Zoe Cross

Here at Afends we’re stoked to announce the launch of our new Women's Swim collection for 2018. For this campaign we rounded up our long-time mate Zoe Cross and the legends at Sticks and Stones Agency to go up the coast for an afternoon hang at the beach. Along the way we stopped off at a 90s styled roadside diner which made the perfect location for the shoot - stocked with all our favourite childhood lollies, chips, fizzy drinks and old school arcade games. Being bold yet feminine, authentic yet nostalgic, adventurous yet functional is what this season is all about.

The stand out piece of the collection is easily the Oddity One Piece, featuring a deep v-neckline, a flirty low back and comfortable wide shoulder straps in a bold red and white stripe. Next is the Black Out - a lightly ribbed functional one piece with scoop neckline but shows off a low back in sleek black lycra. The Cisco One Piece is the more playful version in a mustard, maroon, grey and white stripe. Zoe paired this swimsuit with some Converse High Tops, white socks and a packet of Burger Rings, creating a really fun, 90s vibe. The most feminine item of the swim range is the Halston One Piece. Featuring bow tie shoulder straps and a low scoop back in a pretty floral print.

The concise collection includes one bikini option and it does not disappoint. In the traffic stopping red and white candy stripe, the Oddity Cross Back Bralette and Classic Tie Side Brief is functional and adventurous. While the bralette bikini top offers extra coverage and support in the front and a tie detail in the back the classic tie side brief is cute and playful yet easy to year.
